Ingredients:
1/2 litre milk
50 grams rice flour
100 grams sugar
2 tablespoons rosewater
2 tablespoons crushed pistachio
Directions:
Dissolve rice flour in milk. Add sugar and rosewater. Stir regularly over medium heat until it comes to slow boil and thickens. Sprikle crushed pistachio on top and serve cold.
